We had the most wonderful stay in Exmoor at Chris and Freya’s! The setting couldn’t be more stunning, and the home was perfectly comfortable for our family of 3. Chris and Freya offered fantastic recommendations for walks, activities, and meals. We can’t wait to have an opportunity to come back!

Description

The cottage is accessed from the main yard via a lobby and stairs, the main living area is all on one level.  The double bedroom is fitted with one king size bed and the twin has 2 three-foot beds.   The sitting room has a Wood Burning Stove, TV and DAB Radio. The kitchen was refitted in November 2018 and is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob and fan oven, fridge, microwave cooker/grill and a wide range of cooking equipment.  The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, loo and a heated towel rail. There is a small west facing terrace with table and chairs for al fresco eating accessed from French doors from the dining area.

Free WiFi is available throughout the cottage (Please note Exmoor WiFi is not yet ‘Super Fast’ but is sufficient for WiFi phone calls, IPlayer etc).  Travel Cot, High Chair and Stair gate are available on request, please let us know the time of booking to ensure availability.  We provide an initial basket of logs free of charge, refills are charged at £6/basket.  Towels, bedding (except for cots), tea towels, washing up liquid and hand soap are included in the rental price. Eggs and other seasonal products may be purchased from the owners.
