Quoted prices are per night for up to two guests. An additional fee of £25 per guest per night is payable for extra visitors over 2 years of age.

Short Breaks and Start Dates
We are happy to offer Short breaks and flexible changeover days (a minimum of 2 nights; 3 nights in May and June, and 4 nights July and August. Christmas and the New Year Holiday breaks can be booked by arrangement with the owners, dependent upon other bookings.
Our standard arrival/departure times are 4pm/10am, extensions to these times may be available, subject to a small supplementary charge. Please E mail us with your requirements and we will always try and accommodate them if we can.
No Smoking in any of the accommodation please.
Dogs
Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement. We charge a supplement of £25 per stay for pets.
Horses
DIY Livery (Grazing only) for horses £25 per day D.I.Y. (bedding; hay/haylage can be provided at additional cost).
Payment
Deposit Payments of £100 for a full week or £50 for a short break are required to secure your booking. These can be paid by BACS Transfer/Cheque or Credit Card/Pay Pal. Full payment is required no later than 2 months before the holiday start date. We require a £50 Damage and Breakage deposit with each booking, which will be refunded 24 hours after your stay if everything is left in good order.
